  My brother and I were faced with the unexpected death of our dad, I'm 24 and my brother is 23, we both have kids families so this was a lot to handle, a lot to process. When we went in for our appointment we explained the prior circumstances and made sure that she knew it was important my brother and I got to see my dad to say our final see you laters, because we had not spoken to him before his death. She did everything we wanted and then some, I seriously was breaking mentally trying to cope with the fact that I may not have been able to get to see my dad one more time and that was killing me.
  
  And then we found you guys! I cannot express the amount of gratitude my family and I have for you and what you do. You made the impossible possible for my brother and I. And for that I will be forever grateful.
  
  The entire process with affordable cremation and burial Center Inc was nothing short of amazing thank you so much. You made a really difficult time a little less difficult. Thank you again!

  I used to work with them and Observed Quality and Respect as well as a High Level of Service in Assistance to the Families they were Caring for their loved ones. Excellent!

  Can't even give a 1 star really. This place is a joke. You'd have better luck going through Jiffy Lube. Phones are ringing off the hook during what they call a service. Family went in for the viewing and had the wrong body with grandmas dress. Once they fixed that after members of the family saw that, the wheeled grandma in on the gurney tray they roll you in and out of the cold box on. Nothing to cover her with other than the sheet they cover you with in the morgue. I felt like I was waiting to get my car an oil change there . Then when they were done they just open the door and pushed her on through where other bodies were. My kids were totally disturbed by that visual. Grandmas hair was not brushed, no make up on and legs still bent . Heartbreaking to hear, and see just a low value of human life. Disgusting and I would never allow my worst enemy to be treated the way Grandma was! Embarrassment , disrespect and a complete joke! This place and those who planned this should be ashamed of themselves!

  Kind. Compassionate. Understanding. Flexible. Incredibly easy to deal with. We primarily spoke with Dionna and she was great to us in a trying time of our lives.

  Very unprofessional service, certainly not worth the extra stress to save a few bucks! Took longer than the advertised/contracted time period and failed to provide me the death certificates I ordered.
