  This Church hired not one but two security guards to keep people from parking in front of their building. When nobody is even there!
  
  The Los Rios Community College district is in the unit next door and their Disabled Student Services has an office there. You can imagine the hassle as people who have legitimate needs try to get access. These security guys can issue citations( I didn't know private guards could do that) !
  
  Tried to call the church but they don't even have voice mail to leave a message.
  
  Not a good example of a good neighbor in GOD''s book!!
