On Memorial Day I went to visit my great grandfather and my grandfather and neither of them had a flag or cross on their grave. I went to complain at the office and they was a line of people that were very dissipated with the service that has happened. All they said was to grab a cross and flag from the box they set outside and they won't FORGET. But the same thing happened last year and the year before that. I don't know what goes thru their mind when they just don't add them on the graves.

On Easter I visited my parents grave, I noticed the grounds were overgrown and very unkept. I understand the rains might have kept maintenance but at least make the property look clean. Today I visited my parents gravesite and the "flowers" I placed on Easter were still there and of course dead. Really? This is unacceptable and disrespectful to the families. If your company is having financial stress, you owe to the families to let them know so they can keep their loved ones place of rest cleaned and in a respectful presentation.

The people working there were very nice but seemed to be a little forgetful on some details.
We had asked for a short prayer before my loved one was put in the crypt. No one was there. A friend ran over, and a sales manager was kind enough to lead our small group in prayer.
A few other small things happened but were no big deal to be corrected. Be sure to keep your paperwork and read the contract, or have someone you trust read it, as details are hard when you are grieving.
They were respectful of our finances and were polite. The facility itself is kept clean and in good repair.
I would recommend this place.Added September 25, 2016 by I C You
