  Unlike the last two reviewers the Union Gospel Mission Sacramento is beacon of light in a very dark place. Just as Jesus reached out to the "Least of These" UGM continues to do so 365 days a year. Everywhere Jesus walked is "Holy Ground" and he walked with the poor and the homeless. He is using UGM to reach those with His Gospel. If it were not for UGM and it's volunteers and donors, I would not be who I am today.

  Truly a blessing Union Gospel Mission is to the city of Sacramento. If our city would help follow the missions leadership shadow in helping those less fortunate maybe than maybe. Thank you James!

  It's so sad that a homeless man has to live this way . It looks like a jail. Dorm living, is jail living . Be a debt slave, bank slave, live this way or go to jail . What crap!

  God's work is done here. Giving rest to the weak and weary. Sharing the Gospel of Jesus a meal and a bed 365 days a year. They have a bible based drug and alcohol recovery program as well

  They suppossedly have a night shelter for new persons for seven nights, but they will not allow anyone to bring their journals or other identity items in computer bags and/or backpacks.
  They are suspected of plots which include fraud, identity theft eic.
